Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SideEye Studios. We aim to ship your order quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect after you place an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the next business day.
  • During peak periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after checkout
  • shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility

2. Shipping Regions & Free Shipping Thresholds

We currently ship to the following regions:

Canada

  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $40 CAD (before tax)
  • Standard shipping available for orders below the threshold

United States

  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $35 USD (before tax)
  • Standard shipping available for orders below the threshold

3. Delivery Estimates (After Processing)

Delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed.

  • Standard Shipping: typically 5–12 business days, depending on destination

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or high-volume periods.

4. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
  • These charges are not included in your order total at checkout
  • SideEye Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment

If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@sideeyestudios.com.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it

7. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

In Transit

If your package appears lost or stuck in transit, contact us at contact@sideeyestudios.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate
  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Marked as Delivered

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier:

  • Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer
  • SideEye Studios is not responsible for stolen packages
  • We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier and filing a claim if needed
  • We’ll still do our best to assist you where possible

8. Shipping Delays

Shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Customs processing
  • High order volume (sales, holidays, launches)

SideEye Studios is not liable for delays outside of our control.
